LionRock Sports – Terms & Conditions
Please review these Terms carefully before enrolling in any LionRock Sports programme. They outline our policies on participation, liability, cancellations, and behaviour.
Note: Some venues require fees to be paid directly to their management. In those cases, the venue’s own Terms & Conditions take precedence, and all enquiries about payments or policies should be directed to the venue operator, not LionRock Sports.
Liability
Sports activities naturally carry a level of physical risk. By registering your child with LionRock Sports Limited, you accept that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
LionRock Sports strongly advises all participants and parents to take appropriate safety precautions, including the use of suitable protective equipment such as shin pads, sports goggles, and other recommended gear.
LionRock Sports, its directors, coaches, and staff will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in any of our programmes or events.
Enrollment & Payment
• All courses are booked as a complete block of sessions. We do not offer a pay‑per‑class option.
• Certain short‑term or holiday programmes may allow specific date selection if stated during registration.
• Payment in full is required on or before the first scheduled class.
• Students joining mid‑programme will be charged a pro‑rated fee for the remaining sessions.
• Attendance without registration is considered confirmation of enrolment and will require full payment for the remaining course dates
Cancellations, Credit & Refunds
• If a class is cancelled by LionRock Sports due to weather conditions, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued for the cancelled session(s).
• Credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and may be used toward future LionRock Sports programmes.
• Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
• Players are entitled to one (1) make‑up session per term for any class missed due to personal reasons, provided that LionRock Sports is notified before the scheduled class. Make‑up sessions are subject to availability and must be taken within the same term.
• Additional missed classes for personal reasons (e.g. illness, travel, schedule conflict) will not qualify for credit or further make‑up lessons.
• Once a course has commenced, students withdrawing will not receive any refund or credit
• Venue Changes: From time to time, venue providers may alter schedules or withdraw access for reasons beyond our control (e.g. maintenance, facility events, or safety concerns). LionRock Sports will make every reasonable effort to maintain regular venues and will notify participants of any changes as early as possible. In such cases, classes may be relocated to an alternative venue of similar standard.
Weather Policy
Classes will automatically be cancelled when:
• A Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, or
• A Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above has been issued.
For all other adverse weather or exceptional conditions, LionRock Sports will decide whether sessions proceed based on participant safety. Notifications will be posted on our official communication channels.
Supervision & Conduct
• Children under 5 years old must have a parent or guardian present throughout the session.
• For children under 3 years, active adult participation is required.
• Children aged 5 and above may attend sessions without a parent present.
• Please arrive punctually; sessions begin and end on time. Parents must ensure prompt pick‑up after training.
• Coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside scheduled class times—please inform our office immediately if you anticipate being late.
Behavioural Standards:
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow all coach instructions. LionRock Sports reserves the right to suspend or remove any student whose conduct disrupts the class or poses safety concerns.
Photography & Media
LionRock Sports may occasionally take photos or short videos of sessions for marketing and promotional use (social media, print, or website).
Players will never be identified by name without prior parental consent.
If you prefer your child not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the start of the course.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering your child or participating in any LionRock Sports activity, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that participation in sport carries a risk of injury, and that LionRock Sports Ltd., its staff, and coaches are not liable for any resulting harm or loss.
